  • 03/2023 – Discrimination – Revised to add pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions as protected classes from discrimination, added information about the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, removed the New Bedford and Worcester office locations, and updated the revision date.
  • 11/2022 – Paid Family and Medical Leave – Revised with an increase in maximum weekly benefit amount and a new revision date. *2023 Poster is shipping now.

  • 01/2016 – Massachusetts Minimum Wage – Updated with new information on Earned Sick Time and Equal Pay Law. Removed old 2015 minimum wage rate and now only shows 2016 minimum wage rate and future 2017 increase.
